Apparently I had a pitcher get injured while resting on the bench... \O/ I've also had three injuries in 12 hours. WIS must have pushed the "injure everyone" button.

I've seen it around to play minor leaguers at the hardest possible position. I'm not convinced it matters

Makeup affects player development, the other 2 don't.

Does it affect their mentality at all if they have bad temper, patience, etc? Like, will they slow down in progressing as a player?
