I've seen it around to play minor leaguers at the hardest possible position. I'm not convinced it matters

Does it affect their mentality at all if they have bad temper, patience, etc? Like, will they slow down in progressing as a player?

I move players positions all the time and have noticed as long as the ratings are there, they perform fine.

Do you know if putting a player in a position that they statistically can do but isn't their primary position affects them at all?
