The LIVE portion of this chat will begin on

Friday, December 5, 2008 at 12:00 PM EST.

Hey guys! I'm gonna go ahead and get the party started. ( Moderator - 11:58 AM)

i would like an option to be able to switch ballparks without having to let go of the team (through rollover) and reclaiming it as a new owner. i've been in the same ballpark for ten seasons, and i'm just not sure it's working for me. i would like to switch to a different park without losing all the benefits of a returning owner (eg. budgeting etc.) of course maybe this is already possible and i am just unaware of it. (god_mike - Hall of Famer - 12:00 PM)

This is something we hope to implement in the distant future. It won't be an "at will" kind of thing, there will be some type of restrictions, mainly based on time with the franchise.

How will this effect someone who has just purchased their first season and is awaiting to play? Thanks. (thesilence - Pro - 12:01 PM)

If you are in a world that is going to be dissolved you will get the season you purchased back in full and then any other payouts will be identical to the table that tzent posted in the forums yesterday.

Isn't there a way to merge teams into a new league in order to eliminate users losing teams that they have worked hard to build up for 9-10 seasons? For example, disband 2 leagues with 16 users each and create a new league with those 32 teams. I know if I lost one of these teams (I have a few) I would not be happy and would have to consider leaving WIS, and certainly a $35 credit wouldn't make me feel any differently. (mcbain10 - Hall of Famer - 12:11 PM)

In the interest of gameplay this is not a viable solution. The reason why this isn't viable is because it would greatly upset the balance of the world. Think of it this way, Team A was a 100 game winner for seven seasons in World X. We need to merge some worlds so Team A gets merged into World Y and they now become the worst team in the world. The owner leaves the world because his team is no longer competitive and we end up in the same exact situation as before, the world never fills. Another example of why this isn't a viable solution is because there would be no historical data for any of the franchises that were merged because it would all point to franchises that no longer exist. One last example is that we would have to get every single city in the right divisions. This would be a technical nightmare.

Does it make sense that the relief pitching logic would utilize the next game's starter who was marked eligible for relief over a 100% guy listed as mop up in a close game? I would think that the next game's starter would always be the last resort. (ttnorm - Hall of Famer - 12:12 PM)

If you have a specific boxscore that you would like to submit for us to review please do so through the support system. Using a starter is always the last resort.

Is there any way to create an option to view only the Play by Play of our minor leage teams in the playoffs once the MLB playoffs have started? I for one have some interest in following my MiLB teams in the playoffs and knowing the result before reading the PBP kind of ruins it. (ttnorm - Hall of Famer - 12:12 PM)

This is something we hope to be able to implement in a future update. It is not as easy it may seem.

Will rollover time be a factor in determining world deletion? I'm part of a world that rolled over in under two days while others still waited quite longer. (dockellis70 - Hall of Famer - 12:14 PM)

There will be a time limit in place before a world is deleted. It will NOT be deleted right away.

Will all the players on rosters of eliminated worlds just go away or will they be made available to existing worlds through some sort of bidding process, which would clearly add more tallent to existing rosters and strengthen existing teams. (reggiedeal - Hall of Famer - 12:15 PM)

All of the data will be completely deleted.

Is an "Arizona Fall League" component of the game anywhere on the horizon? (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 12:17 PM)

It's something we hope to include in the game, but we have several other things we would like to see in there first.

Can you comment on why none of the original public worlds are allowed to become private? Some of them have consistently high retention rates, and are much stronger and more stable than many of the troublesome private worlds. (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 12:18 PM)

At this time there is no way to convert a public world to a private world and we don't think that it is necessary to do so.

Do you know yet how the Hall of Fame selections will be done? (Indy_Indians - Hall of Famer - 12:19 PM)

Hopefully very soon!

Concerning world closures: would a private world that falls below 60% retention that chooses to stay private indefinitely while they actively recruit for new owners be considered for closure? (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 12:20 PM)

Any private world that stays private will not be considered for deletion. Only public worlds will be flagged for deletion.

Are we going to see new cities/parks anytime in the near future? (hatt11 - Hall of Famer - 12:21 PM)

We hope to add some in the future, but again this is not something we are focusing on at the moment.

Any chance we can get a league almanac on a single page that listed at the past champions and major award winners for each season. It takes a lot of clicks to find that history in older leagues. (TheJester74 - Hall of Famer - 12:22 PM)

I think that this is a viable suggestion. I'll go ahead and add it to our list.

Clarification Q - I believe a common misperception is that individual pitches are called and a high PC will help pitchers with a wide range of pitch rating quality (ex 95, 65, 35) more than a pitchers with similar pitch rating quality (ex 65, 65, 65). Is it more accurate to think of PC as an OAV modifier used in conjunction with all of the pitchers ratings that will help or hurt pitchers generaly the same relative amount with the OAV? Or am I mistaken? (broadwayevns - Hall of Famer - 12:27 PM)

The pitchers pitch ratings and the catchers pitch calling rating are used to determine how successful that pitcher is throughout the course of the at bat.

Given that the original public worlds cannot be turned private, are they then exempt from consideration for deletion? Given that those leagues do not have the option of gaining control over who they let in, their retention rates are somewhat dependent on factors outside their control. (mlhutch - Hall of Famer - 12:29 PM)

We have seen that the original public worlds are very active and the retention rates are very high for those worlds. I don't think that any of the original public worlds will be affected by the announcement we made yesterday.

A followup to the question on the Hall of Fame: with the HOF be unique to each world, or will their be one single HOF that encompasses all worlds? (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 12:29 PM)

We are hoping for both, but we have yet to discuss this in great detail.

How many of the current worlds would you expect to be impacted by the world deletetion...at least during the first clycle? (wilhitec - Hall of Famer - 12:30 PM)

Maybe 10 over the next few months, but the number is flexible at this point.

What about the possibly of having 1st round draft busts and late round draft surprises? Basically adding more DITR and adding some sort of negative DITR. (badercubed - All-Star - 12:31 PM)

This is along the lines of what we are hoping to implement.

Will there be tryout camp position players available at some time in the future? I know in my worlds that if there were not teams neglecting their minors, the supply of players would not meet the demand of roster spots. (eeyore1959 - Hall of Famer - 12:41 PM)

We are currently discussing the notion of bringing back try-out camp position players.

Is it easy for owners to take a public world private? How do they go about that? (bosoxbill - Hall of Famer - 12:41 PM)

It is not possible at this time.

Now that you have decided to use world deletion to curb supply, is there any change that you will allow new private worlds to be created? (98greenc5 - Hall of Famer - 12:42 PM)

No new private worlds will be created for some time. When we open it up again we will probably have some limitations in place.

in Majors, we have a division leader that is barely over .500 while we have a team that would not even be a Wild Card that is 16 over. Are we going to still have sub500 teams get playoff births and is an unbalanced schedule with rotating interleague schedules from season to season under consideration? My schedule proposal would be 18x3=54 division, 3x4=12 interleague, and 12x8=96 against league opposition outside the division. I can draw up the schedule if you would like. (reggiedeal - Hall of Famer - 12:45 PM)

Rotating interleague schedules is something we hope to have in soon. As for the disparity in records and who makes the playoffs that's just how it is.

Is there any thought going into the ridiculous ML contracts demanded by Minor League Free Agents. Realistically, if a fringe ML / AAA player wanted a ML contract, at the start of the season he would almost always accept a 1 year Minor League deal or a deal for the ML minimum. These fringe players waste away on the Free Agent and take away from a viable player pool. (badercubed - All-Star - 12:47 PM)

This is on our short list and we hope to get this corrected or at least toned down in the near future.

On coach hiring, I like that as a level fills, remaining coaches drop their demands to the next level down. However, that seems to create an incentive to NOT offer jobs to minors coaches (esp. AAA) early, and just wait for the scraps to drop from ML. Is this an intended result? (98greenc5 - Hall of Famer - 12:48 PM)

No, actually, it's not the intended result. We will be fixing this soon.

Many minor league retirements seem to come from 6 year MiL FA's stuck in the lower minors. Can you change that so they they will become FA's rather than retire? That will help address the chronic shortage of FA's in the minor league pools. (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 12:48 PM)

We can definitely look into the problem you are describing.

So we won't see Iowa City just changed to Iowa? Since Principal Park is in Des Moines... (hatt11 - Hall of Famer - 12:49 PM)

Send in a support ticket with the details. We can probably change this one.

Far down the road, could there be a chart or tree to look at to track the franchise/owner changes over the history of the world with the overall world records? (eeyore1959 - Hall of Famer - 12:52 PM)

Sure, far down the road we can look into something like this.

Pinch hitting logic question. Under any setting, does it make sense that a pitcher would be allowed to hit and then the leadoff hitter would be pinch hit for. This has happened several times to me. (ttnorm - Hall of Famer - 12:53 PM)

Again, please send in the specific boxscore for us to review via a support ticket.

What changes are planned for the draft and international free agents? (frankum - Hall of Famer - 12:55 PM)

The planned draft changes were alluded to above. As for the IFAs we are looking at making the fuzziness a bit more realistic. Right now, if you budget $20M what you see is very close to the actual ratings of that player. We are wanting to expand the fuzziness so that it isn't always so close.

Are there any plans to make HBD data (stats, ratings, etc.) more easily exported in bulk to Excel? I undertand that there could be concerns over the intellectual property if too much data could be grabbed too quickly. (98greenc5 - Hall of Famer - 12:56 PM)

We hope to have this available at some point in time, but we haven't really talked to much about it.

For cities where ficticious ballparks are used, would it be possible to choose from a selection of different "generic" ballparks rather than be confined to only a hitters park or pitchers park? I live in the Hartford area, but hate the ficticious "Welch Park". I'd love to be able to play in a more neutral park in Hartford. (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 1:00 PM)

We'll see what we can do.

I mean how will the HoF be handled? Will it be per world? Which I personally hope it'll be done that way. (Indy_Indians - Hall of Famer - 1:00 PM)

We haven't fully discussed all of the possible implementations. A very high level way that we are hoping to do it is to have it world-by-world and then an all-worlds HOF. Things may change down the line so, don't hold me to this, but that is the idea we have thrown around for awhile now.

1 AL West team in every league is still stuck with ending their season with a 17 game road trip every season. Any chance we could tweak the schedule just a bit to give it a bit more realism. (TheJester74 - Hall of Famer - 1:01 PM)

We are currently exploring this.

Is there a way of keeping the stats history of any league that is going to be deleted? (Stewart_UK - Hall of Famer - 1:02 PM)

No, we will not be keeping the historical data of any world that has been deleted.

Has there been a change in the quality or quantity of International Free Agents generated recently? (new - Hall of Famer - 1:02 PM)

No changes have been made to this area.

in regards to the stolen base logic, could you put in the abilty for us to set limits. exampel, no one below 70 baserunning and 70 speed tries to steal a base? i've had guys with 28 speed and 13 baserunning stealing with an aggressive setting. (jmagliaro - Hall of Famer - 1:04 PM)

This should be very, very rare and will most likely only happen one or two times a season.

The relief specialists roles don't seem to be viable options to me. Is there a way to utilize them and get enough work for a quality reliever? (ttnorm - Hall of Famer - 1:05 PM)

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you could elaborate upon it I would be happy to answer it for you.

Can you switch the Character that hides the results of your current game on the World Office from ? to ???? or something longer. It's hard to click one character on an iPhone or similar device. (WiredTiger - Hall of Famer - 1:07 PM)

Yeah, we can definitely do something about that.

Are there any updates upcoming that will include adding ballparks such as Billings, MT and Dayton, OH? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:09 PM)

In due time we all add ballparks to the game.

Can you please get rid of the period after FA signing where people can sign former type A's and Bs late at night without compensation? (baldric - Hall of Famer - 1:10 PM)

There is nothing that we can do to curb this. Any FA that is signed after the negotiation period will not reward the franchise with compensation/sandwich picks.

something MikeT brought up once. would you consider adding a 1 day negotiating period after FA signing ends and guys lose there type A/B status so that people don't snipe all the Type A's at 4 a.m.? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:11 PM)

Even if we change it someone in some time zone will still not be happy.

Here's something I don't think I've ever seen covered. What attributes cause coaches to improve/improve more than others? (Arte - Hall of Famer - 1:12 PM)

Age and experience of the coach is what determines his development.

Bill James has been quoted "Over time, every hitter will hit better when he has the platoon advantage than when he does not." Yet in HBD I have noticed many players ratings where they hit the same handed pitcher 30-40 ratings points better than the opposite handed pitchers. This seems counter intuitive to RL stats. (TheJester74 - Hall of Famer - 1:13 PM)

If you have some specific examples we would be happy to review them to make sure that everything is in line with what we expect.

Can you please increase how close to their final stamina pitchers begin? I'm tired of all the time it takes to deal with pitching in the minors. Especially rookie leagues. (baldric - Hall of Famer - 1:14 PM)

4. baldric: Can you please increase how close to their final stamina pitchers begin? I'm tired of all the time it takes to deal with pitching in the minors. Especially rookie leagues. We will surely look into this, thanks for bringing it up.

I'm jumping in to handle the rest of the questions -- tzentmeyer. ( Moderator - 1:27 PM)

It doesn't looks like Coors was changed much in the new ratings, but in real life it has been a lot different since the humidor. Should we expect Coors to be about the same or is there more change than is visible? (baldric - Hall of Famer - 1:28 PM)

It did change substantially, but it's not obvious in the letter grade changes. Coors was at the upper bound of the highest letter grade.

How healthy is WIS as a business? What about HBD specifically? (new - Hall of Famer - 1:30 PM)

Strong. The push to reduce worlds was done to reduce time it takes for worlds to rollover. We receive tickets or emails on a daily basis from users worried that their world won't fill or it taking too long. We knew that new demand was not keeping up with supply, so it had to be done.

I know there has been talk about the AZ Fall League, could the GM of a team have an option of asking players to go play in winter ball to try and improve skills or learn a new position? I'm thinking for instance, you have a SS who cannot hit, but he has a great arm, so you send him out and convert the guy into a pitcher. (reggiedeal - Hall of Famer - 1:32 PM)

I can see some of these ideas eventually making it into the feature, yes.

Any details on how you envision the Arizona Fall League to work. Any chance it could coincide with the playoffs so non-playoff teams wouldn't be twiddling their thumbs for the last two weeks. Could we have players focus on fitness (STA/DUR) instead of baseball skills? (TheJester74 - Hall of Famer - 1:32 PM)

That's exactly when it would run, during the playoffs to keep those not in the hunt interested with something else. It will be modeled after the actual AFL, where each team selects a few players to go (meeting certain restrictions) where they'll be coached by the best coaches which will lead to increased development time at the risk of injury. We may also allow for some more targeted improvement areas.

I'll ask a computer geek question: would it be possible for you to come up with a widget that can be imbedded into World blogs that can provide "real time" scores, standings, highlights, etc. for a particular world? (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 1:33 PM)

Yes, it's something on our list we'd like to add. When it comes to widgets and hardball, there are quite a few great ideas in mind.

Can WIS create a mechanism for owners to convert RPs into SPs, or vice versa? The DU/ST figures prevent this, although in real baseball, pitchers "learn" to switch. I'm thinking specifically of older SPs whose DU has dropped from 20+ to 15, and can't be effective in spite of high splits and pitch quality. (sanderbear - Hall of Famer - 1:34 PM)

Yes, I think at some point something like this can be introduced.

will you be changing the way the draft works for unsigned 1st and 2nd round picks to match MLB? (jmagliaro - Hall of Famer - 1:35 PM)

We will, but we plan on holding off another actual MLB season. Since it's only been around a little while, we want to make sure everything goes according to how MLB plans and there aren't any more changes in the short term.

Could you look at having more ways for DITRs to improve? I get the impression that each position has only a few ways that players get better. It would be nice to have more variation in that. I'd even write up suggestions/Algorithms if you'd like.... (baldric - Hall of Famer - 1:36 PM)

There's quite a bit of variation involved, but we keep the possibility of dramatic improvement low.

Something i brought up in the forums once. Would it be possible someday to "train" a player to play a new position like training a low pc catcher to be a 1b. his range and glove can improve but to the detriment of his arm and pc. (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:37 PM)

This is related to some previous questions and the answer is yes, it's possible. I think it ties in more with the AFL and other developmental/offseason league ideas.

Does it matter to a player ratings as to the time when you promote a player. Is it better to promote a player before spring training or after it is over or for that matter before the end of a season and before the rollover. (hurdles52 - Hall of Famer - 1:38 PM)

Not really. As long as he's getting playing time and good coaching, the timing doesn't matter.

when rehiring coaches a lot of guys wnat to stay with a level or role change and i'm stuck with deciding between 2 good coaches for that job while losing one for another. would it possible to be able to offer a coach a different role or level during rehiring and see what they say? sometimes i may even want to move a guy up a level. (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:38 PM)

Perhaps. This has become somewhat of a common request, so it's on our long list of improvements.

Will there be any update to the base running logic? I would like to have the ability to set each player individually. (milwaukee_al - All-Star - 1:41 PM)

Improving basestealing logic is in the plans. There's a large chunk of guys running a little more than they should be. Adding individual settings will not happen, however.

Will teams ever be able to offer arbitration to a veteran? (dgtrache - Hall of Famer - 1:43 PM)

I assume you mean the additional rule where a club has to offer arbitration to a player in order to receive compensation and the player could accept? Yes, I think it will make it in the game.

any chance we'll ever be able to lock up coaches long tem? (jmagliaro - Hall of Famer - 1:44 PM)

Multi-season deals for coaches are incredibly rare in real life, so we'd prefer not to go that route. While coach hiring is the least fun part of the game for many people, we've made positive strides and will continue to figure out ways to improve that area of the game.

any plans on adding a world series ring award(s) to individual players cards if they've been a part of a WS winning team? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:44 PM)

No, but we could. And we could add the option of them hawking them on Ebay after retirement.

Is there any way to screen the questions in these things so people actually read the chat to see what questions were already asked? (hartjh14 - Hall of Famer - 1:45 PM)

We haven't done that because we didn't think users would want to spend the additional time checking to see if a question had been asked already. This way, we do the work instead of you.

One more on the draft, how close are we to having HS and non-seniors from college back in the draft pool the following year if they decide to return back to college or were simply not offered a deal in the first place? (reggiedeal - Hall of Famer - 1:46 PM)

It's on the list, but still behind some other items. I'd love to see that in the game.

Concerning budget transfers: would you consider lowering the threshold of being able to transfer only in $2m increments? Case in point: towards the end of coach hiring, I determine I'm going to have $1.8m leftover and I have one coach left to hire. I throw it all at a AAA bench coach because I know I'm going to lose it if I don't spend it. Which is hardly realistic. (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 1:47 PM)

I think we're going to keep the minimums in place because all the budgeting items are at the $1M level. Changing it to a fraction would require the entire system to change. From our standpoint, it just isn't worth it. I get your point, but that's the reasoning.

Given the changes in real baseball with regard to suspensions for steroid use, any chance that we may seem random minor-leaguers getting 50-game suspensions? It's not far removed from players who mysteriously get hurt even when they don't play. (sanderbear - Hall of Famer - 1:48 PM)

We've considered this. The problem is that injury is tied to health rating and franchise training budget. We couldn't really tie steroid use to anything so it would be the ultimate random penalty. So, we've avoided it. It would be nice to see.

Are free agent and international free agent negotiations fairly straight forward? When trying to sign an international free agent, will a scout ever lie to you and say that another team has offered more money when in reality they have not. (hurdles52 - Hall of Famer - 1:49 PM)

Unlike Boras and others, it's straight up. No lies.

Is there a way to make scouting more realistic with regards to players available and/or scouted in (domestic) high school or college? In RL, everybody knows who are the top prospects, but in HBD this is not the case, and does not even seem to be entirely dependent on scouting budget. Perhaps have the same "bulk" pool available to all, but have their projections differ? (zoobaseball - Hall of Famer - 1:51 PM)

The prospects a franchise sees is based on the specific budget. It may not seem like that when looking at 1 season in 1 world, but it's accurate. While in real life, everyone can pick up a BA and see the best prospects, we haven't done it that way in the game because, to this point, first round draft picks are too much of a given. So, we want the budget to have a positive/negative impact. If everyone saw the top guys, then budgeting would lose its value.

Someone mentioned unrealistic contracts earlier for minor league free agents. How about a 20th round draft pick, who clearly does not project beyond AA, yet he wants 7 mil to sign, obviously no GM in his right mind would sign the guy, yet it causes problems potentially with too many unsigned guys. Will this be addressed? (reggiedeal - Hall of Famer - 1:51 PM)

When we re-evaluate scouting, we will look into demands as well.

related to reggiedeals question on draftees returning the following year would a draft and follow be a cosideration as they do in real life sometimes? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 1:52 PM)

Draft and follows were eliminated a few years ago, so no.

You guys have made much such a great game that this is the only sports sim I play except RBI Baseball on my original nintendo. Any chance you could make the entire defense move in unison either left or right, and change all my player profile pictures to the snowman like profiles in that game? (TheJester74 - Hall of Famer - 1:53 PM)

Yes, and we'll add the catching music, too. As much as I loved RBI, I always preferred SNK Baseball Stars. The American Dreams rocked.

Can DITR's be improved to also improve current ratings rather than just projections? That would be more realistic, plus would avoid the great number of DITRs that are irrelevant since guys are too old to reach their projections. (moonriver - Veteran - 1:55 PM)

DITRs are 24 or under, so they should have time to reach their projections assuming they get the coaching and playing time. The first ratings bump after their selection should begin a trend of increased improvement.

Is there any chance that potentially the world series winner would get the chance to name a future player? (hurdles52 - Hall of Famer - 1:56 PM)

We have quite a few ideas surrounding world series participants getting to add some content to the game, be it player names, scout names, play-by-play text, etc. As you can see, our improvement list and idea list is long, so it's just a matter of getting to that point.

Will Temper ratings still bring trouble to franchises as once discussed? (Indy_Indians - Hall of Famer - 1:57 PM)

Yes, at some point. Lots of possibilities here. Just not steroid related.

With some seasons going into season 11 how close are we to adding the HOF in worlds and any ideas on what to expect from it? (gator993 - Hall of Famer - 1:58 PM)

We can't give definite dates on it but we've reached a point in HBD where we can introduce it. There are enough players that have played 10+ seasons to be up for consideration after retirement.

can we have some more left handed second basemen please? (mrbubble - Pro - 2:01 PM)

Left-handed hitting? There should be plenty of them. Left-handed fielding? No.

will HOF inductees be simmy voted or user voted? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 2:01 PM)

Combination of the two.

has steroid use and the performance benefits of it as well as the penalties for being caught been considered? (erffdogg - Hall of Famer - 2:01 PM)

This is related to a previous question. It's been considered but will probably not happen.

Something I sent a ticket in requesting, wondering how far away it might be if it's possible- how about a button to set all player's defensive positions at each level to the recommended settings (similar to the Hierarchy Recs Buttons). This would cut down a lotta time in setting minor league lineups, as the AI recs use the positions a guy plays to determine their spot, and it takes forever to go through each player on each level individually. (shakazulu5 - Hall of Famer - 2:02 PM)

We plan on incorporating this into the Advanced GM Options.

Will there be any special HOF considerations for players who at world creation had existing ML service years? Or will the actual stats earned through game play be the only criteria for HOF entry? (overeasy - Hall of Famer - 2:03 PM)

That's one of the tricky pieces. I believe we'll try to come up with something that allows these types of players to be considered.

Can you, in the future, expand the divisions cities can be in. i.e. San Diego can be in the West AND South? (mrdanielx - Hall of Famer - 2:03 PM)

If you have particular cities in mind, such as SD, please send in a support ticket so we can look at them individually.

When you get around to adding ballparks, would you plan to add historical parks as well? Ebbetts Field, the Polo Grounds, Shibe Park, Forbes Field, etc. would all be really cool additions to the game. (tecwrg - Hall of Famer - 2:39 PM)

I don't think we ever really knew that this was in such high demand! Yeah, I mean, we can explore a lot of different areas and historical parks would be a very cool feature.

When are you going to make the HBD site more mobile friendly. most things do work now with in good mobile browsers. It very hard to log in. and the menu system is hard to access some pages. (it be cool to at least have page links to all pages some where that did not use the drop down menu.) (oab2 - Hall of Famer - 4:54 PM)

We are exploring our options in the mobile space, but it is not something we are 100% committed to implementing right now. There is an existing sitemap file if it can help you: http://www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Main/SiteMap.aspx

Any chance you could implement a cost benefit if you buy multiple seasons for one league? It could entice people to stay in worlds for multiple seasons instead of being one and done and also help people looking for a league to see the leagues stability in the future. (vladyhop - Veteran - 5:01 PM)

We just did! Every 5th consecutive season you play controlling the same franchise, you'll receive a $10 HBD credit for future seasons.

That's it for today. Thanks to all who participated. From the chat, it's obvious the game has a great deal of room for improvement. The ideas never stop coming in -- keep 'em coming.
