Well, if you believed that I answered the question in another thread, then why are you bringing it up here?  Sounds like the answer to your question is in the other thread.

Also, why are you cluttering your 2014 MVP thread with an Edgar Martinez argument?   Did he play this year?

I enjoy it when you squirm.
Am I squirming?

Well OK then.

Does that mean you just won another internet argument?

wtf. this forum is totally silent for six days. u break that silence by starting this thread, as the worlds only idiot claiming that mike trout is a 3-time mvp. school is back in session. summer break is over. go to a real college like the rest of us. get out of that espn college because it isn't one.

Shhhhh, everyone be quiet, I think we might have found the elusive Pot that's been running around calling everyone else black. These are very, very rare on message boards and we don't want to scare it away.

Nice try, but I don't think so.  Mike never comes across as caring all that much about "winning."  You almost always do.  Desperately so at times.  Lots of times.

Ouch, right to the bone. That hurts, dahs.

Obviously* it should be Kershaw, right?

*I'm a homer when it comes to the Dodgers, so I may not be seeing this in the most objective light.
mike trout is off topic in this nl-mvp thread you started. the real topic of this thread is that you are a homer when it comes to your imagined belief that you have a legitmate vote that should be counted. that is exactly what the quoted post implies. you could be forgiven by the society here if you had only declared mike trout as a 3-time al-mvp once, and one time only. to repeat such homeristic keyboard babblings merely leaves the reader with no concern or care for the sad state of your brain.

class is underway now, and for the remainder of this semester your homer thread, posts, and self, will all be on the big screen at the front of the math lab. you generously remind all who read your posts of the valueless education that you flaunt in your puffery as a homer.

Being "right" on the internet is the equivalent of beating a video game.   No one cares.

BL does not understand this.    And I'd change "almost always" to "always".   It's hilariously obvious.    Hell, he brought up the Edgar Martinez discussion because he perceived that as a "win" for him.   That was three years ago.

I figured that Jason Hayward would be BL's pick.  After all he leads WAR.

If you claim a "win" in an internet argument, and everybody points and laughs at you, will your mom still let you live in her basement?

Does he? I don't think he does.
