I'll dive in!  A clarification (I think I know the answer, but just to be sure).  The rules state that you must bid a different amount on each player; does that apply in rounds after the first?  For example, if I get all my players except my last one I'll have 22 points in Round Two; can I bid 1-2-3-4-6-6?  Or 2-2-3-4-5-6?
