A standard draft has a drawback - #10 is going to p&%$ off #11 everytime, and #11 is not going to be able to get back at him.

Thanks for joining grayfoxx.  No, you're right there are some drawbacks with the standard order too.  I had someone suggest that we do a random order each round which I'd be willing to consider.  Maybe we could take a vote.

Being last(or first) in each round with a draft like this means absolutely nothing.

Maybe mix up the order every 5 rounds.
