Seasons missed due to injury, war, etc. are able to be skipped over ONLY if the player made 0 appearances in real life. (i.e. 1942 and 1946 Ted Williams are legal, but wouldn't be if he had made a single PA in 1943-1945).

Not a typo. Meant to switch things up, forgot we already did 140M with DH. Too late now

I started tinkering with a possible roster for this league while waiting for juice's leagues to fill up. I'm still not sure how many I can ultimately take on, but you might see me here.

Sparky sends me error message that I must have 25 players. Must all 12 spots be in order? I try searching a position with less than 20 at a position and get nothing.

Not sure what you mean here. You need 25 players to field a full team

Maybe he's trying to go down the draft list from C-1b-2b, etc. and so if a guy doesn't have enough games at the position he can't be slotted there.

But if I'm understanding the format, and here's how I did it, just search for guys under the Utility area so you can see all seasons. Then when you find your 2b, 3b, etc., draft them from the individual position spot. You don't need to visually see the clones next to each other in the lineup list. They just need to be on the roster.

PS: I'm kind of liking my roster more and more. Don't think I'll be able to avoid playing it now. :)

sohio4ever, you may be misunderstanding what I mean by "12 players"

12 players refers to the amount of real life people you get to use. For example, Greg Maddux is a player. 1994 or 1995 Greg Maddux are player-seasons. 25 player-seasons make up a roster. For this league, you are only allowed to use 12 players, and each one must have at least one clone.

I think what's not being said specifically is that one player must be used for 3 seasons. Only way you get to 25.

Yep. In past seasons, some owners have used teams with 9 or even fewer players.
