The NBA has always been broken into divisions. Some years there were as few as 4 teams in a division. Other years there were as many as 7 teams in a division.
The rules for this league are very straight forward. PICK A YEAR, PICK A DIVISION. $48 million cap. No rookies. No waiver wire. No twisting. You can choose partial seasons, but the seasons must all be from the same year and from the same division.

When you pick a year and a division, please post it below. Divisions cannot be picked twice.
You must abide by the following rules based on how big your division of choice is.
FOUR TEAM DIVISION: You must pick three players per team.
FIVE TEAM DIVISION: You must pick at least two players per team. No more than three.
SIX TEAM DIVISION: You must pick two players per team.
SEVEN TEAM DIVISION: Every team must be represented. No more than two players per team.
