Chicago sells the rights of Roger Clemens to dskantor for 13.4M in 2001 - 14.4M in 2002 - 14.9M in 2003 - 16.4 in 2004 - 16.9 in 2005 - so Chicago will pay 3.5M - 2.5M - 2M - 500K and then nothing.  

dskantor will confirm.

We have restructured this deal so ryno takes $7.4 million of Clemens' salary in year 1 and I take $9.5 million.  Then I take it all after that.

we have re-arranged the terms of the deal - dskantor will post when he can later and this can be my confirmation - but instead of the original plan - I would pay 7.4M of Clemens this year (dskantor would only be responsible for 9.5M) and I would have an additional 9.5M -

I have quite a few position players that could be had. Please use sitemail.

SS Juan Uribe only cost me $1M and would be a starter for most teams in 2002 -- check his stats (he is listed as a 2B in 2004, but is rated at SS and can start in '04 and '05 as well).
