What is this fascination with pre 1905 players and teams? It just proves that SIM favors that era more than modern baseball. One or two great performances per team, hate these crazy numbers these pre 1905 teams put up. To me it doesn't seem like real baseball. MLB don't recognize those records before that time. a lot of those numbers are best guess. I've seen where Baseball reference doesn't even know what hand some of the pitchers threw with. Just venting cause I read about those times a lot. I usually don't get in leagues where they use those players and teams but I Love the UNO theme though. No mitts spit balls different strike zones, just crazy. Oh well onward. Case in point My sixth round pick Left handed infielder 5'5" Bill McClellan :-)

I think the Cleveland Blues were selected because of a lack of good players, to stick it to other people, giving them a lack of selection.  Same with these St. Louis Terriers.  Yes, for the record, I am perfectly fine with this strategy.

cool... we can definitely put it up for vote for the next go round- I think hwhen bulantz created UNO - was it only 1950 - present? 
Then he expanded it out to a handfull of early teams only... totally up for whatever each version

Plus that would bring a lot of different players into fold (minus Joss, who is probably the most used pitcher in Sim) and a lot of other crazy innings pitchers. This draft is almost like the last one we had as far as same players going in the early rounds. Mix it up???
