Haven't done this league in a few years. It's one in my opinion that is almost as fun to put together a team as it is to play.

Simple premise. Select someone who has played and managed in the big leagues. He must be on your roster. Complete your team with 12 players who played with him and 12 players who played for him.

100 mil cap-this won't be an all star league
Trades are allowed
No WW, DH or clones
AAA 6/4 below average

You can use any season of an eligible player. Does not have to be on that he played with or for your manager

40 games played live to participate in the post season.

Ballpark must be one your manager played or managed in.

How does it work if your Manager was a player/Manager for a few seasons?   Frankie Frisch was a player/ Manager from 1933-1937. If I pick a player from these years will it be considered someone he played with or Someone he Manage?

Is this a twist league or must we use ione of the actual seasons that a player played with and/or under your selected manager ?

The players in the season he was a player manager can be used as either one.
