too many grinches...we will leave it alone.

I obviously voted for the grinch option, but I'm going to remain out of character and not be a little ***** about it.  I can see the appeal of the early randomizations.

It is bending the rules a little bit for holiday present or coal, but 1 or 2 nahs i can see, 5 is alot . unless those owners change their minds or dont care. Dont wanna rock the boat too much and have teams i have to look for owners for. Not saying any of you guys would since all solid owners. if we can get 1-2 to change their thinking i would reconsider 

As I said, I voted for grinch, but it's not a big deal.  I do prefer to see stadiums to players, but either way...

I voted grinch as well just so there would not be a chance of "hey the rules changed in the draft" conversations as any random revealed early could lead to a little less weep as you may adjust your draft in the rounds after to better "fit" your stadium or adjust for the outcome of the player randomized. I would suggest letting it be and re-rack the next version with a similar gimmick in the rules as I think it is innovative but if one gets upset, just one, I can see their point. 

Think that might be the way to go I would do it season 2 at halfway mark. Have a vote at sign up

no randomize for Christmas. I was counting on a present....probably would have been coal anyway. But next year is a good idea.

I voted to randomize a player & stadium but agree that we're better off not altering the rules. I do think there are lots of possibilities for using an early randomization for strategy next time. Maybe a Round 13 with a different order, and players taken that round are randomized before the next round. Or randomize one player every 8 or so rounds.
