Romney/Ryan Topic

Never held a job in the private sector. His health insurance payed for by the tax payers since he left college. Most important, 10 years in Congress passed only 2 bills that he sponsored and one of the bills to rename a post office in his district, that's called a dead beat where I come from.

Yep.  Obama is still unqualified to be President.

So once again the left is attacking the VP candidate of the Republicans.

And once again we are shown that the Republican VP is more qualified than the Democrat Presidential candidate. And we now have 4 years of Obama to prove the level of incompetence that Obama brings to the table.

Is there anyone in America that is better off now than if McCain had been elected, had a heart attack on the 1st day and Palin became our President?

Except for the friends of Obama companies like Solyndra.

Yep.  Obama is still unqualified to be President.
He met all the qualifications to be President, natural born citizen, over 35 years, and been a resident for 14 years within the United States.

Those are the qualifications for President.  No other job can prepare you for the rigors of the Presidency of the United States.

Until we get some real campaign finance reform, change election laws, we are stuck with the choice of one of two corporate clowns every four years.

I think I've pointed out that the Republican VP candidate has as little substance as you've pointed out about Obama.

So what if the left is attacking Ryan?  Isn't that the point?  Are we supposed to give him a free pass?

2 2nd is the white house. Obama cannot keep running on lies and fear. Eventually he will need to debate Romney and he will have to explain 4 years of misery.

And Romney will have to explain his "business" record.  I have a feeling Romney is dreading a debate more than Obama.  Obama is a natural at campaigning, he will eat up Romney once this race gets into gear after Labor Day.

We all know the technical requirements.

The idea that nothing you have done in real life can compare you for the Presidency is a little misleading.

I agree that deciding to launch a nuclear strike against the Soviets is unique, other things are not.

Running the Federal Government is the same as running a state or a company, just bigger.

Having a background or interest in military affairs can make a lot of the decisions a president makes about the military that are not war related easier.

Having management experience either in business of smaller governments can make team building in your administration easier.

I know that anytyhing we say about Obama is going to be  framed as racially motivated, but Obama has the least practical experience of anyone that has ever ran for office!

Enthusiasm gap is far in Repubs favor.  Romney's support among younger voters up to 40%.  Romney dominating white males, the most important single voting block.  Seniors aren't buying the absurd attacks on Ryan.  And trying to portray Romney as a far righty is just stupidity.  He got elected in MA for God's sake.  No reasonably informed voter believes the BS.

Re the polls: they're all absurdly biased in favor of the Dems.  The breakdown of Dems/Repubs/Inds is not reality.  All you need to do is look at how Obama is campaigning and you can tell his internals show the real story.  He's down, and it's getting worse.

Actually he's the most qualified person in America, already having done the job for four years.  Noone else except  Old man Bush can lay that claim or have those qualifications.

Didnt young Bush and Clinton both do the job for 8 years?

Looks like you've bought into Dick Morris' "real poll numbers".

Romney's spent the last few days crying about what the President has been saying about him. That'll get him nowhere.
Romney is winning...I realize we go by electoral votes but having a 47-43 lead over an incumbent president after a vicious primary battle seems pretty bad for Obama!

And what is the problem.

This is the polling group that is routinly hailed as the most accurate polling group in America. They nailed 2008, 2004 and 2000.

So the left now is claiming that Rasmusses in baised because they are showing how bad Obama is doing!

Ryan is not Biden.  Ryan is smarter than a tomato plant.  Biden is not.  Ryan is a step in the right direction.  Hell, even Palin is smarter than Biden.
