anyone know if there's those sort of stats. for example with 2 outs, with 1 out, etc.

Don't think so.  They wouldn't have any meaning since the game sims each PA independently.

They don't appear to have any meaning in RL either... They're just interesting for conversation and commentary. It would be entertaining and a great way to demonstrate the effect of small sample sizes.
