how big is the penalty to rescind a schollie of a SIM when you take over a new team? i'm tempted to dump some scrub, but not sure how much diff it will make and don[t want to make it harder to recruit in future

It isn't a very big deal if you take away the schollie of a player that you haven't recruited. If you can get another player with the same amount of recruting money then it's a good idea.

It is a decent reputation hit if it is one of your players though.

Lots of times with me it didn't lower mine at all when it was my first season. I rescinded 2 scholarships once and only went from an A+ to an A.

i rescinded 3 scholarships of 3 crappy sim guys when i took one program a few seasons ago my grade went from A+ to A
