I propose an * next to a conference that schedules over half it's non-conference games against sims on the road in an attempt to inflate it's RPI.
No * needed for Crum Heartland.  We only played 38 Sim teams, 16 of them on the road.   20 of those games (8 on the road) were from new coaches, who had no control over their scheduling.

Pardon the boasting, but our non-conf record was 120-31 (79.4%).  Our national champion, Lincoln, played it's last 3 games vs. conference mates.

Our NT record was 23-7 and we earned $159,000 for recruiting
Gulf South Allen, with two teams in the championship game tonight, will end with $162,000 total recruiting money ($13,500 per team).

14-0 through the first two rounds.  4 in the E8.  3 in the F4 (the one eliminated was done so by anothe GS team).

I believe that's a new record.

Allen - Season 58\

D1: ACC - .6491

D2: Gulf South - .6102

D3: NAC - .6265

one note on the Allen Gulf South;   they may not send the most D2 teams to the NT  (78 over the past 10 seasons)  but of those teams, over 60% have won at least two NT games and made it thru to the Sweet Sixteen.

i think you are right about that 13.5K being the d2 record. we had close to that in the GLV tark not long ago, but im pretty sure it was not that high, although im sure it was over 12.5. there was one season, another GLV, i forget where (rupp?), that still held the best single season score in my dynasty rankings, but i never checked their bonus money figures... i have been meaning to, just kind of a pain. maybe ill do that soon here. or if you have a team in rupp, you can check yourself, i know their season and world is published in my all time conference dynasty ranking threads...

congrats on the amazing season. i dont think we've ever matched 14-0 through the first 2 rounds either (our division went 10-0 once, but i think someone in the other division lost). we've definitely done the 3 f4/runner up/champ thing, i think twice but maybe not, and a couple conferences have done all 4 final four teams. im not sure exactly what you were suggesting was a new record, im guessing the money, or maybe it was just the season in general, and it very well could be both... id just check that one other glv season, as i think your only other competition would be GLV tark and i can safely say (having been there 50 seasons), we haven't had a season *quite* that good, close as it may be. also maybe the conference who sent 4 to the final 4. i know 1 d3 conf did it, and then another conf, but i cant remember if it was d2 or d3. if you just check the 1 season conf dynasty score and manual compare the top 5, you could probably be sure.

Yeah, I just meant the D2 money. I know other conferences have put that many teams in those rounds.
