Projection report question Topic

I'm looking at 4 teams. All pretty close and could probably go either way but since it will be the difference in being a 1, 2 or 3 seed it seems like a big deal. Here are the teams, how would you place them?

A- 20-3 RPI 4 SOS 10 Top 50 6-3

B- 19-3 RPI 8 SOS 31 Top 50 4-3

C- 18-6 RPI 5 SOS 3 Top 50 9-4

D- 18-4 RPI 14 SOS 22 Top 50 6-4

without looking at more things that the projection report uses, I don't think there really can be an educated guess.

RPI takes into account only a W or L and the location of the game.  In the world of RPI/SOS a one point win is just as impressive as a 20 point win.  The projection report (as should the rankings) supposedly use the margin of victory over specific opponents as well.

I could see team D, even with the worst RPI, being the highest projected team if those losses to the top teams were close and they win easily against the lower ranked teams.

Its really hard without seeing if the games were close or not.  BUT, given this information only:

A, D, B, C.

It's C B D A. C gets a 1 seed while A gets a 3

I like that I got it exactly backwards.  Do I get a Tommy point?

what world, what teams?

Without even looking I'm assuming cburton is A, since it's the one he seems upset about.  Frankly, I would have said C was the highest seed because of the 9-4 number.

what about the 3 losses outside of rpi 50. Can't just look at good wins and avoid bad losses.

If CBurton is A, his team is Goldey-Beacom and he doesn't have any losses to teams outside the top 50 RPI.

Who are the other teams so we can look at the whole record?
