Player not increasing speed despite blue and 20 TP Topic

Arthur Walters (PG) has high potential in both Speed and Defense. Since the beginning of the season, I have dedicated 20 minutes of training to his FW. However, he has not increased a single point in speed all season and is still blue in speed. Meanwhile, he has gained 6 points in defense. We just played our 16th game.

What gives? Ticket has been sent.

FW increases Def and SB and LP to a much lesser degree.

If you want to increase his speed, you must practice conditioning.
