2 Injuries in the same game?!? UGH! Topic

Have any of you ever had two injuries to your team in the same game?  It just happened to me.  It's not the end of the world or anything, they were both bench players and my team isn't all that great to begin with, but I found it a little frustrating and interesting.....

How badly were they injured? Can they play tonight?

I've never had two injuries in the same game but I had a bizarre occurrance a few seasons back.  My starting center was injured in the CT and missed the NT. The next season, the same player was injured in the CT and, again, missed the NT.

I think it is rare, but I have had it happen.  I assume each injury is modeled as an independent event

One was at 91% for the next game, and the other was 48%.  I rarely have an injured player, so two in one game caught my attention.

Couple of seasons back I played against a team that had two starters injured and not playing. It was very early in the season too.

Wow that would be brutal

The worst part about mine (in the CT) was that my team advanced to the finals of the NT. The other coach keyed on my backup C and won the game.  I've always felt that I would've won without that injury

Sounds like he was scared of the spotlight

Sounds like you were Syracuse in 2011 (lost C Arinze Onuaku in BET final to injury) & 2012 (lost C Fab Melo to laziness)
