Does LP/PER play into defense at all?  The Player's Guide says "No", but I thought I remember reading about a change there.

Also, I read in the Player's Guide that LP does not effect shooting inside of the paint, but I thought I remember reading something about the fact that it does now have an effect on playing offense in the paint.
