Mirror Sites/Emailing boxscores Topic

So, the person that shares this account with me has both whatifsports.com and wisjournal.com blocked at his new job.  Are there other mirror sites?  Also, is there a way to auto-send boxscores as emails when they come out? Or does that always need to be done manually?
