Can an experienced coach take a look at my UMSL team in IBA? We've already lost a few games to inferior teams imo and I'm at a loss as to if it's something I'm doing wrong or  whats really the problem.

You're not really losing to inferior teams.  Cent. Oklahoma returns 9 players from a 22-7 season.  Chaminade has made the post-season for 17 consecutive years.  Armstrong has made it for 27 of the past 28 seasons.

Those losses are against tough opponents and you played them well. You will be fine , Simpson needs more shots , 87 perimeter guy.
