I never look at durability. And use FT shooting only as a tie-breaker between similar recruits. The rest are very important used as 3 or 4 attribute combos. Take BLK for example. Find a big with big time potential in ATH, REB, DEF and BLK. You get him even if his LP is <20

True, but I'd like that guy even better if he was huge potential in ATH, REB, DEF, and LP, with a SB < 20. Your example doesn't prove shotblocking is underrated or super-important.

FOR A POST PLAYER-

Let's say you have a D3 player with scores of 80-80-80-20-20-20-20-20-1.

The 80's, IMO, have to go ATH/DEF/REB.

If the 1 is in SPEED, BH, PASS, PER, or LP I can live with him.

In Block? I probably pass.

I rum Press on all 4 of my teams and like to go uptempo. I value durability the least at every position. Then it's;
Guards: Reb and SB.
Small Forward: SB.
Bigs: PER.
