I think Meadow could work there, and that he's 5 pts slower than Frederick certainly isn't ideal, but it should be more than compensated by his 8 pts better DEF, 20 pts better BH, and 9 pts better in Passing vs. Frederick.. I think Harris is just too young to be counted on this season, but he's serviceable at PG3. And Meadow's 91 ST means he could stay on the court a long time (and keep Harris off most of the time) running the offense.
I'd try:
PG: Meadow, Frederick, Harris, McBrown
SG: Gilliland, Frederick, McBrown, Harris
SF: Burke, McBrown, Collins, Harris
PF: Cushman, Chaves, Leathers, English
C: Leland, Chaves, Leathers, English
It would be nice of course if Burke had better ATH/SP, but he could definitely contribute on offense at least so it's worth trying to start him. I don't know the Naismith D1 landscape at all really, but it's not like you'll be facing 90/90 guys at the 1-3 spots every game, so I think you can cut corners where it makes sense. Having your seniors play the most minutes on this team will be the most important thing imo. This lineup does that.
