Best Record to Miss the NT Topic

This didn't happen to me or anything, but what's the best record you've seen for a team not to make the NT...obviously the RPIs and SOSs were ****** so those don't need to be posted/remembered per se.

Rookie
In season 53 in Crum, Roanoke won the PIT with a record of 30-2. Only 30-win PIT team I've ever seen (not that I've looked too hard).

I've definitely seen a two-loss team make the PIT. It's definitely plausible (but not very likely) a team went 26-0 against an incredibly weak schedule and then lost their CT championship game, leaving them at 28-1 and forcing them into the PIT. 

I've also seen completely undefeated teams end up with double digit seeds in the NT because of weak schedules/weak conferences.

In Allen World, in season 52, I won the PIT with SUNY, Cortland finishing with a 30-2 record.
