In just glancing at your team, It looks like you need to improve your defense and ath a little bit, and I think that the team speed is really slow overall. It looks like you are trying to recruit players with a very high WE, which is not that important in HD. Overall potential is better. It's a decent team, but if you can improve in those areas, I think it will help you get to the next level. You are pretty close. Also, you had a streak of 5 straight years with an improving RPI before this year, so you are heading in the right direction.
