Just curious whats the most improvement you guys have seen from someone on your team?

Was looking at my team and saw Herbert Russell so far has improved from 477 to 789. Im curious if anyone has seen 350+ or more.

It does happen on occasion. Robert Coolidge in Crum for me went from 469 to 816, so he just missed at 347.

The most I had is a little estimate. Ended at 815, I'm pretty sure he started at 442, but it was definitely somewhere in the 440-450 range. (Joseph Anselmo - Wooden). That would be 373 points.

Unrelated, but I can't help but notice how much better your team would perform if you'd set a legitimate gameplan.
