Well...it looks like somewhere down the road I messed up my Loyalty in Iba.  I currently have an F.  So that means I was only eligible for DIII.  That is probably a good thing because I don't know if I will do any good.  lol

Soooo...I recruited bad in Phelan and started out in DIII a staggering 0-6!   ha!   

It appears I need to study a little more.  This game is not as easy as I thought   lol

Biggest thing I can see that you need is a whole lotta more athleticism.

Don't want to treat you like a newbie, 'cause I know you aren't, but if you ever want to shoot some questions off the bow about how things are now, I'm game, for whatever that's worth.

Please treat me like a Newbie!  This red/blue/black potential has my head spinning.  I can see its merits but it sure is different from the old days

Like a dummy I promised starting spots to three recruits...I was running motion/man but just felt it was wrong.  I switched to Fastbreak/zone.

Well, when those two seniors graduate, you need to get some athleticism in there, for sure. You can survive with a team speed in the forties. But you will have trouble surviving and thriving in the thirties.

Also... Switch away from fastbreak right away. You do not have even close to the Ath for it, and that combined with not having fastbreak iq ...
