Can this guy eventually score in the fastbreak Topic

This is a player pretty much made just for the FB system but wondering if even with the right system he will score 10+ppg eventually (efficently).  I've had success with players not quite as athletic but with higher low post who could score:

At DII? Surely; any player with 95+ ATH, 80+ SPD, 70+ BH will be able to put up points in DII.
