The Northwest Conference in Iba D-3. We recently finished as the number 3 ranked conference with only 6 coaches. We have all types of teams available for the upcoming season.
Chapman - Ready to win now. They are a B- Prestige and have the ability to make some noise this season. They are led by a Sr Center with amazing cores (99 Reb, 54 Def, 95 SB, 96 LP). They have 6 total Srs this season. This is for someone looking to win now!
George Fox - Great for newcomers. Only 1 recruit for the next two seasons, setting up for a power in year 2/3. With the right coaching an A prestige by year 3 is easily achievable. This team (as a sim) makes it to the Tourney every 4 years with their 'super classes.'
Lewis and Clark - Great for newcomers. Very similar to George Fox, but probably not as much potential. Still setting up for a very successful year 2/3.
Pacific Lutheran - Rebuild now. With 6 open scholies there is no better way to start building your own team. This team may take a bit longer to rebuild, but also has the greatest potential to be your team with your players after 1 season. Great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge.
The other 2 are all rebuilds as well, but do not offer the same as these 4 schools. These four are all at a great starting point for a new coach regardless of your goal.
