Question on SIM team with 9 Sr.'s Topic

I know this questioned has been asked, but I forgot the answer.  First, How did this occur?  None of them were redshirted.  Secondly, if you took over this team, how many scholarships could you offer next season?

It occurs because Sims aren't held to the same rules as humans. 

If you took over this team, you would be allowed to offer 9 scholarships, but only 6 scholarships to high school players.

Plus, you will only get recruiting money for six. To fill all of the spots you would have to pick up 3 JUCOs or transfers.
