sorry its been a few seasons since I recruited D2, what ranks can you pull down?  I believe it was 150+ but I've seen a fair amount down to 120

I know as an A- prestige I have gotten back-up messages from recruits in the 130's, but this only happens occasionally.

I've gotten local guys around 110.

I filter on a 125 ranking normally for Div-2.  I sometimes go back late and see if there are undecided guys higher than 125, but I don't recall ever signing one at Div-2.

Lowest FR I ever signed was #87, I think I've had JuCos into the 70s available.

In Tark this season the lowest signed was #108, he had 3 years of eligibility left.....the lowest rated 4 year guy is 129.
