And. . . we have two job openings (our first two since I become the league's 12th coach six seasons ago). One is C+ prestige IUPUI, who has four open scholarships, and one is B+ prestige Mercer, who has six (and also has the highest prestige of any open job in Allen). 

Just in case anyone was considering a move. 

After one internal move, we still have two open spots:

*Campbell has B prestige and 3 scholarships. They have made the postseason seven years straight (four NTs), are coming off a trip to the PIT title game, and are ready to win now. 

*IUPUI has C+ prestige and four scholarships. They are coming off three straight PITs, so there's definitely room for improvement. IUPUI is right in the middle of Big 10 country, which is actually a selling point, because the Big 10 was just 6th in conference RPI last season and doesn't have an overabundance of bonus cash. I admit they will have a bit more than the Summit, with 21k per team compared to our 17k per team, but that was in a down year for the Summit. In Allen, the ACC and Big 12 are the top conferences, and IUPUI is far away from both. 

The Summit has gone from one of the worst conference in all of D1 to one of the best. It's a good group of guys and a fun challenge to be a part of. Come make it even better. 

The 4 Sophs on Campbell are very solid, so the future is bright as well.
