My guess is that it was only sent to the users whose password needed to be changed because it did not meet the new requirements.

Didn't get it, so no.

I had to change my password but didn't receive a sitemail either. 

It will be something superficial like new player faces.

I was only 18, but after my second week in jungles of Nam with charlie all around us, I realized that I was no longer a child....oh wait, we're talking about WIS....sorry wrong pain and despair.

But this feels more like if you were waiting on a great Christmas present, say, a toy firetruck or the SI Swimsuit Issue, and then Christmas morning comes and there's nothing under the tree. Coal would be terrible, or socks again, but there's nothing. There's nothing there. At all.

Yeah but who ever said today was "Christmas morning"? It was never specified. Obviously it isn't today. I think "Christmas" will be tomorrow ... or maybe next week ... or next month ... or next year ... or ...
