Well, this makes what we already knew even more clear...University Naismith is the best D3 conference of all-time.

Not surprisingly, even though we haven't even been at it for 20 seasons yet, the Naismith UAA is far and away in 1st on every 20 season and under list. More surprisingly, is how high we are on the 30 and 40 year lists even though the conference was basically empty before we got there. Not that any more proof was actually needed that no other DIII conference can really hold a candle... but I found that very interesting,

Yeah I found that really interesting too, jsa. Also somewhat surprising that So-Cal Knight is such a distant 2nd when they hold a few RPI records...including #1. I guess soon enough UAA Naismith will own all 10 spots on the all-time list.

they look pretty dominant. whats the cast of coaches? the conference dynasty lists, i don't love, because the projection report change made it impossible to compare pre- and post- conference dynasties. it used to be that w/l was such a driver of seeding, so brutally tough conferences would still only get like 6 teams in on a solid year. later in the GLV when we'd get 10 it was like man this would have only been 6 in the old days. arguably when the GLV was its best, with i believe 10 coaches with multiple championships (this is like 6 years ago), we'd often only send 6 teams. that was one hell of a conference. after the change it was #2 to a gulf south allen conf but it wasnt as hard as the older days, but ranked much higher on the scale compared to the old GLV, so i know its all screwed up.

anyway, not really going anywhere, except to say the conf dynasty lists are not well balanced new vs old confs like it is for the individual team achievements, which i think translate as well as we could reasonably hope. it does still give the best confs from a slice of time, but it does mean there is no way to compare you to some of the great d3 confs of old, there was one in particular that was really highly regarded... the cast of coaches was insane, it was something wooden, i feel bad i can't remember honestly, it was really well known. mrpolo did much recruiting for it. anyway i think the capital conference was a legitimately exceptional conf from post-projection report era, so for you guys to be beating them by the margins you are, you must be doing REALLY well.
