several of these factors are more or less equally important. an active chat makes any world better for me, really underrated in my opinion. but of course this is pretty directly tied to the number of members in the conference (which of course in turn effects success and post season cash!)

You could always have an active chat in a full conference of bad coaches lol

I like being in strong conferences so I have a chance to learn what other successful coaches are doing...obviously that's usually synonymous with postseason cash as well. Active chat is also good as it gives you a chance to make friendships with people and get to know others in the game as well. 

This is what I like the most : Active chat, number of members, strong members overall success, recruiting location.

Survey is biased...should have rank in order on importance.  I actually agree with kevodaphenom on prizes!  Everything else goes in to my decision.
