Is a 90+Speed, 90+ BH, 75 PER type a guy a viable scoring option at competitive D1?....I know he isn't ideal for a title contending team but for a team looking to make the NT and maybe win a game is this guy a reasonable option?....He'll be in a motion offense and on a team that shoots roughly 10% of its shots from 3 point land.

Sounds like he'll be fine.  I think some of it might depend on some of his other attributes but  www.whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Default.aspx  is my leading scorer and I run motion.
