I'm in D2. Called the coach of a local recruit who's on the D1 list. But the message wasn't a reject or a backup message. It was "Just letting you know from the outset, I haven't heard him talk much about N. Colorado. "

Does this mean I can recruit him right away, or pulldown, or...?

how far away is the recruit?

if under 70 miles most likely immediately recruitable.
