Not necessarily. You can FSS the state if you haven't done so already, or FSS other states.

Good luck with transfers! Try again next patch! 99% of people want them available immediately to all but instead you get an email from 0 or 1 or 2 who have all Fs! WIS should consider changing that!

The F means nothing, you haven't scouted him yet. Some of them are playable.

Scouting States for transfers is not the answer. A tab on the assistant search for both juco and transfers would really be the right call. However since virtually all of us want that, they must wait till a later time.

Some things that simplify the game add strategy, some take away strategy and some are strategy-neutral. Making the assistant search easier doesn't add strategy.

The assistant search seems way too random and pointless for the cost. To make it useful, there have to be some parameters. Also, are there supposed to be players out there to scout not in FSS? Are there supposed to be top 250 players out there in your specified region, e.g NV and CA for a CA school hosted camp, and that will not come to your hosted camp?

No. Scouting a certain division in a certain state gets all unsigned players at that division in that state.

Your hosted camp gets as many players as you ask for at the level you ask for within the prescribed distance. If you ask for more than there are, none are skipped. If you ask for fewer than there are, you only get what you ask for.
