At least all of them were from the left side. I love it when the sequence goes left corner miss, player gets own OR, player misses from right corner, OR, etc.

The other team's defensive rebounding must suck. If I'm the other coach I'd get a little nervous about all those tries his team allowed...

Reminds me of a series of shots that James Southerland took against Marquette a few years back. Literally took 4 shots in one possession. He did make it eventually though...

Seriously, it almost certainly has to do with your settings, look at 'offense losing late' in your team strategy. At least that would explain the insistence on 3-pt shooting . . it won't explain why two guys do everything through five missed shots. Perhaps Harris is set at zero and the rest are at negatives?
