South looks very dominating this season.

I agreed.  It seems like everyone in the North is in rebuilding mode whereas most of the South is ready to take over.  It wouldn't surprise me if the winner of the North half of the conference went 10-6 or 9-7 where 5th place in the South could be 8-8.

Whew, Rupp, I hope you bring your big boy pants, this is the season for SIU to ascend to the top. I am going to temper expectations for Shepherd a tad, I will be happy with an 11-win conference season. I see too many flaws on this team to expect more.

I don't see it happening for SIU this season.  Too many transfers and JUCO's while I rebalance my classes for a 6-6 super team.  I'm 3 seasons away from being decent. 

You hear that mully? Could be two superclasses in the south.

Super classes are for p^ssies.

Concord - 2 seasons removed from the championship game I thought the leftover talent could still bring in double digit wins
Salem - probably the biggest disappointment in conference,  the pre-season HS pollsters knew what they were doing when they excluded them from the top 25.


Overall,  probably my best set of predictions to date!
