GUESS ratings independent of position? Topic

I THINK I know the answer to this, but is a GUESS rating is really only valuable for measuring guys within their positions, or is there any value applying across positions? QBs seem to have relatively low GUESS ratings.

Or maybe only my QBs have low ratings... :)

look at the top 25 players,recruits on guess and it gives you a really good idea of what to look for

RB and DL seem to end up with the highest overall GUESS ratings from what I've seen.  Not sure why.  Just use it in the respective positions.

I've been looking at the formulas so to figure out how to bring the QB ratings in line with the other positions.

Thanks, Bob - this wasn't a complaint at all, btw, about your system!  Someone could pretty easily figure out an "equalizer" multiplier to apply to each of the positional ratings to make all the positions close as to their GUESS ratings.
