Pretty much... The engine is way too random in it's current incarnation. Example: Our new national champion in Hayes lost this season to a weak talented sim team. Now there are those that argue that can and does happen in real life - but this is a game. I want my actions to lead to specific result, either good or bad. If the engine introduces too much randomness then I am no longer a player but a spectator.
