I'm trying to download another season but every time I try to refresh after downloading, nothing shows up? Do I need to re-download the entire tool or is there an easier way?

Click on 'File', then select 'New Season'; you'll get a popup with the team number of the team you last recruited for.  If it's the same team, change the season number and click OK.  This should clear the recruit tool.  Then click on 'Data', then 'Download/Update Recruits', and you should be set.

Did that but nothing would show up when I refreshed it. I deleted the entire tool and re-downloaded it but this time, no GUESS ratings showed up.
