Okay. I admit I'm ticked. I just got beat by a team that my team handled in every way (no disrespect intended, but that was the case) because they had three(!) INT's for TD's against me in the second half.

What. The. Fun.

Now, as I understand, the excessive INT-for-TD trend in the game was supposedly addressed, yes? If so, then I'll chalk this up to one really, really, really far-end-of-the-bell-curve freak occurrence. But I got to know, has anyone else experienced this sort of wackiness since the update?

Nope...what were your aggressiveness settings?

My offense was set to Aggressive. Don't know what the other team's defense was set to.

I haven't had anything like that yet but i did just get sacked 4 times in 1 game.. 2 of which were safeties.. that in itself is kinda rare

Another reason to have "inside your own 10-yard-line" gameplan.

Actually, I guess that's the only reason we need one.

I love how people still ask this.

Why do you love it? Two of the pick-6s were 'deep' passes....

Because it's hilarious.  Have you ever seen three interceptions for touchdowns in one half?  No matter how aggressive somebody is playing, that should never happen.  Plus, the deep passes should lessen the chance of returning it all the way for a touchdown.

I'm not saying that the intercpetions are the issue.  But the fact that all three of them were returned for touchdowns has nothing to do with aggressiveness.

De'Angelo Hall had FOUR interceptions in one half against the Bears a couple seasons ago.  I don't remember him scoring TDs on all of them, though I do remember at least one.  3 Ints for TDs?  Yeah, it could happen.

But, I agree, it has nothing to do with aggressiveness.

In my experience it has been fairly easy to shut down SG all pass teams if you have a solid defense because it is predicatable.

I think that's the problem.

Doesn't matter how predictable an offense is, you should need the talent to stop it. Gameplanning can only go so far.

I've always assumed since the Conte F-date that he put in some sort of code to somewhat equalize things so teams doing the same thing over and over again couldn't just dominate you, even if they had supreme talent advantage.

Which is wrong

The problem has tone down a bit. But I think the developers need to do an distance vector for INTs-for-TDs. If you are picked off in your own 20 yds there should be an high probably for an TD by INT. But if you are on your 40 and get picked off at the Oppositions 1, the percent for that going to house should be the same percentage as an punt return or an kick return. How often do you see deep interceptions go for TDs (not uncommon); it's usually interceptions within 10 yds of the line of scrimmage that go for TDs (usually CBs jumping on a route).

or DBs should not have high ELU
