Time Clock broken?? Topic

I must be bored this morning, but I am looking at my box score (Johns Hopkins versus Gettysburg D3 Warner), and  including Special Team plays(Punts, Kickoffs only), there have been 103 Offensive plays by both teams in a 14-7 game.

Norbert, I don't know what may be coming with the update, but please fix the time clock!  I think in an effort to create stats, we have lost sight of the fact that too little time is running off between plays.

No offense...just had to say...

One of us coaching a Division 1 Football team.....really realistic.

So, with that said...lets not pick at gnats in a computer game.

I'm just pointing out how often do you see 100 plays in a 14-7 game. Not complaing too much on passes every play because I must pass every down to move the ball. Incomplete passes tire both WR and Db's alike and the score is ONLY 14-7?

Bring it up in the beta.

Didn't New England *complete* a pass to the sideline with only like 2 or 3 seconds running off the clock yesterday?  Maybe they should build in home-field-clock-operator-advantage into the game! :)

In case you hadn't ever noticed every incompletion is 5 seconds. Short, long or otherwise. Every one.

Real realistic.

Some of my incompletes are five, some seven.  Still ridiculuous,

I went through my Maryland Heisman team and out of 275 incompletes all 275 of them took 5 seconds. It must be programmed into my team or something. Out of the 15 Int's all but 3 or 4 of those also took 5 seconds. Some of these had runbacks of 6-8 yards. So the QB drops back, throws the ball, it is caught by the defender ran back the yardage and tackled and all of this still only takes the 5 seconds.

Ridiculous is right. How any of us that played two years ago and have continued is amazing when stupidity like this is rampant.

I think you're right.  I went through one of my games too quickly but it looks like I'll mine are 5 seconds too.

Maybe the timing is a bit off - check this 4th quarter play by play, beginning with 3 minutes left - 4 TDs in 1 minute!

Humboldt's coach is an a$$!  Up by 4 TD's with 3 minutes left and still launching passes.

This doesn't involve my team, but I can't help but post this end-of-game sequence here.  With NO timeouts, a team completes a 36yd pass and a 30 yard run, and a spike in less than 30 seconds.  Wow.
