Newb recruiting question Topic

Hi first time player.  I've been reading tons of forums on recruiting, gameplanning, depth charts, etc.  One thing I'm missing recruiting starts at 12:00 today then I'm assuming a few cycles during each day.  Can't seem to find it is every 3 hours, 6 hours, or what?  Ty in advance for anything helpfull.

1st cycle is 24 hrs, then every 3 hours

So i recruited at noon today next cycle will be noon Monday?  Then every 3 hours starting Monday?
