Does the strength rating for qb indicate arm strength, and thus ability to throw a good deep ball?
Is there any significance to the order of formation sets in a play book? So for 2nd and long, I have three formations...is it more likely the first formation will be used or is that random?
Is there any way to get a RB in the shotgun formation instead of 5 wide? I assume if not that any run play out of shotgun will be a qb run?

1. Short answer is yes.  Long answer is STR, GI & TECH are all important.  Exactly how important STR is for long vs short throws, don't know for sure.

3. No running backs in Shotgun.  You can run QBs & WRs out of Shotgun.
