The offensive player did not get into the endzone on the 4:04 penalty, he was barely outside it (but the SIM puts it on the 0).  The penalty was a spot foul, with an automatic first down.  The next pay was 1st and less than a yard (0) and less than a yard (again 0) to go.  It's very poorly written, but I think it's OK.

As I said, it's poorly written.  If he had scored, it would have said Touchdown, like it did two plays later (that, or your team decided to take the spot foul just outside the goal line).

Touchdown, and the logic should have made the automatic decline call!

This is a 100% true statement. He should have made the TD.

Put a ticket in and wait the 3 weeks before they give you and answer. If you get one.
