Hey guys I received this response back in a a/c scouting report..." He is easily a D -1A talent and will probably end up at a top program"
Is this a response for a STL recruit? I have never received this in a a/c response before.

This is not relevant, it doesn't mean anything. You only need the line on potential. That could be "room to grow" "incredible upside potential" "average potential" etc

No.  It means that he is a Top 25 recruit.
